This new collection of fine art prints is an ode to the timeless power of feminine energy and beauty, captured in moments that transport you to times gone by. My inspiration comes from the beautiful women I once saw dancing in the Red Light District of Nijmegen, a memory of my childhood years full of wonder. I was reminded here again by the interior in our second home in Spain, which reminded me of my childhood in the 1970s.

With a mix of media techniques, digital editing and intuitive use of paint, I bring my feelings to life on the canvas. Elements from the 70s, 80s and 90s, combined with my own imagination, inspired by the models of the world famous photographer Helmut Newton. Transforming into new personalities. This brings me a memory to that time when smoking was a status symbol and the nightlife was buzzing with energy.

The process of creation, the unpolished beauty of imperfection, and the freedom to experiment are all intertwined in this collection. I want my art to tell a story not only about the models I depict, but also about the times they live in and the timeless connections we all share.
